This is the pose you wish would be very close for photographing, but not so close for safety!

Here's a big fellow!

This one was right across from the entrance to Masorini, where we stopped for lunch.  We were in two cars and Tony and Erika missed him!

Steenbok are hard to photograph because they dash away quickly on those few times when you are lucky enough to see them at all.  This one stood still long enough for three quick shots--and one is even in focus!  I was having to use manual focusing because of all the grasses by her and these old eyes....................
