    • Is Auto Liability Insurance Required? As of Jan 1, 2002, you will be required to have proof of "Finacial Resposibility" in your automobile at all times.

Liability insurance is the simpliest way to satisfy The State requirements of financial responsibility. As of January 1, 2002, you will be required to have proof of financial responsibility in your automobile at all times.
