The olive trees are
older than the ones in Jerusalem and have very interesting twisty trunks.
They reminded me of the trees that grabbed at Snow White.

Inside a fenced area
they had an authentic ancient olive press for extracting olive oil. It was
all made of wood--imagine carving that huge screw from a log.
