In August of 2006, Bill and I drove very quickly across the US with a couple who had been classmates of mine at Yokohama High School in the late forties. We went to a terrific Yo-Hi reunion in Oregon. After that, Bill and I continued on with friends from Idaho for a wonderful ten days in the overwhelmingly scenic Canadian Rockies.
