Thank you for your interest in Lamplight Feather. We were founded in 1973 and have been in business continuously since that time. Our reputation as a stable company offering the best in personal service is excellent. Please feel free to check our Dun & Bradstreet rating. Please be assured that whatever problems may arise with a customer order, we will do our best to solve them to the customer's advantage. Our return policy is straightforward and generous and is printed out at the bottom of the sales receipt/packing list that is shipped with the order.

Our internet website was begun in 2001 and is hosted by Ivenue.com along with over 200,000 other commercial sites. The website is designed and managed by Tony Hill. Ivenue supplies a secure shopping cart service for the website.

When you place an order through this secure site, your personal information is encrypted and cannot be intercepted. It is received only here in our office where it is decoded and printed out for entry into our own invoicing system.. This private customer information is only available to Tony Hill or Ronda McEwen or Daniel Deppen who are the only ones authorized to access the office computers and the order list. No one else has access to your private information at any time. We do not (and never will) share ANY customer information (including email addresses) with anyone for any reason.

Orders are processed within one working day and generally shipped in the same time period. Credit card payments are authorized by Authorize.net, the internet gateway used by our business account with Wells Fargo Bank, USA. Shipping charges may be corrected to the best customer advantage. Once an order has shipped we shred the printed copy of your order that contains your personal and credit card information. For your protection and our own security, we do not keep customer credit card numbers on file so, if you wish to place another order later on, you will need to supply us with new payment information at that time.
