On our delicious Lentils Italiano label, we have discovered two errors on the cooking instructions. First, the shopping list calls for adding cloves of garlic. The cooking instructions do not tell when to add the garlic. Add garlic at the same time as you add the onions. You may saute the onions and garlic and add to the lentils and water mixture.
The second error is the lack of mentioning when to add the seasoning package. Add the seasoning package at this time also, not to exceed 10 minutes after you begin cooking the lentils.
Both of these have been corrected on new label changes.
