Ingredients: 2 # Ground Beef 1 # Italian Sausage 1 Can 24oz Progresso Italian Tomatoes 1 Package Of Barzi Imported Mushrooms or Barzi Porchini Mushrooms 2 Tablespoons (Package) Barzi Spaghetti Spice 3 Tablespoons Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Large onion, chopped 3 Cloves Garlic, minced 3 Tablespoons Alessi Grated parmesean 3 Tablespoons Vigo or Alessi Balsamic Vinegar (Sweet) or Alessi Red Wine Vinegar 3 oz Fresh Parsley, chopped 1 Tablespoon Sugar 1 Cup Water (Optional) 1 Bay Leaf Salt and Pepper to taste Directions: Brown all the meat and reserve to the side. You may want to drain the grease if desired. In a saute pan, saute the onion, garlic, and olive oil until the onions are browned. Combine sauteed vegetables, browned meat, and the balance of ingredients except the parmesean cheese. Simmer for one hour. To thicken this add the parmesean cheese. If you desire a thicker sauce, add corn starch in a mixture of warm water and bring to a boil. Reduce and simmer for 10 more minutes. Pour over your favorite pasta.
